The use of bananas in beauty


In addition to being eaten, bananas have other benefits, especially in skin health.

Bananas contain essential nutrients that nourish the skin. Bananas also contain three types of sugar known as 'sucrose', 'fructose' and 'glucose'.

Mix honey with one crushed banana and rub it on the face and neck. Wash your face with dehydration after half an hour. Do this at least once a week.

Shining the face
Bananas contain Vitamin C which helps keep the skin looking radiant. In a crushed banana, add two small tablespoons of lemon juice and rub it on the face and neck. Wash it with dehydration after 20 minutes. It is best to apply this mixture when you go to bed.

To prevent scratches
Crush the avocado and bananas together. Spray face and wash over time. This moisturizer moisturizes the skin and softens but also reduces the size of your skin's vents.

Scrubing
Mix one banana with sugar one teaspoon, then cat face and sauté slowly. Bananas moisturize dry skin and sugar removes dead cells from the skin.

Sack one banana and three tablespoons Oats then mix with honey and milk. Rub on face for 15 minutes then rinse.
