For those who have read the religious literature they understand that water was very important to the surface of the earth and that before we had this earth we had it, water was there and it was spreading everywhere.
As was the importance of that water even before the existence of the earth, this water was transformed into a vital element in our bodies and our existence depends on the presence of this water.
Water takes up about 75 percent of the entire human body. But unfortunately many people have been thinking more about food than water. Here are some of the wonders of water that water will do to your body:
1. If you do not drink the water you will die soon
In short, it is clear that if you do not drink water you will die. Water is more important to the human body than food. It is obvious that if you do not eat the food you will die, but you will die within a few days if you do not drink the water.

You should drink plenty of water until you start urinating at least a couple of times and the urine becomes very white. Highly encourage your friend, partner and brother about drinking water. And for family members, make sure you drink plenty of fluids and it becomes family habits and procedures.
